Atmosphere provides "dignity, respect and acceptance for each individual." Christian behavior practiced by teachers, mirrored by the students. The philosophy of the school appears well internalized and lived by all members of the community. Visible collaborative efforts between school and community. Open channels of communication. Principal gives teachers ownership of PDC and staff development programs. Professionalism of staff is demonstrated in dress, commitment to school and interactions with each other and students.
