"Viaticum" is the last Holy Communion a person receives before passing away. Its literal English translation is 'food for the journey,' however. This sentiment is the goal and mission of the Viaticum Fellowship Group. We're all about nourishing each other on our faith journeys until we reach our heavenly home.
Viaticum is our way of reaching out to the young and middle-aged adults at Nativity of the Blessed Virgin Mary and St. Bernadette parishes! Whether you're part of a bustling family or adventuring solo, if you're looking for fellowship, spiritual nourishment, and a dash of Catholic camaraderie, you're in the right place!
Events are on the third Friday of each month (barring any special occasions, of course). We kick off at 6 pm and wrap up around 8 pm, leaving you plenty of time to unwind and connect.
Got kiddos? No worries! Many of our events are family-friendly, and little ones are more than welcome to join in. Plus, for those moments when we delve into more grown-up discussions, we've got you covered with on-site child care free of charge when available!
